Nothing else out there is anywhere near as good. This allows me to work from anywhere without giving anyone my personal number and so much more. LOVE the collaboration tool and unlimited storage. Amazing!!!

Ringcentral started as an incredible VOIP option. Their service was incredible, response time was quick, and problems were easily resolved. I’ve been a customer for 5 years. However, within the past 60 days, I’ve experienced hell. I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue and number change for a month - YES, 4 weeks. I’ve been on hold for 6 hours in total and have spoken to 8 people and sent countless emails. As of this posting, still no resolution. I’m switching. Update: August 13th. All issues have been rectified; however my service was suspended because RingCentral failed to follow through in time. I was appalled that they disconnected my service when I was not at fault. Regardless, they have rectified all issues. It took a month. That’s just not professional or what should expected of a top-tiered servicer.

I’m so frustrated that I now have to use this app instead of the old RingCentral phone app. Seriously thinking of getting a different fax service.

Impossible to cancel, won’t stop billing me

Stay away. It’s been 3 months I’ve been trying to cancel my line and it’s been impossible. They’ve kept billing me and will not let me cancel. They ask me to use chat, which always disconnects the call when you request a cancellation. Stay away! STAY AWAY - DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Ring Central Calls Override Everything and It’s quite overwhelming

I have tried to silence the app on my cellphone time and time again with no luck. They do not offer a silent ringing option and the calls will take up the entire screen until you answer.
Notifications are unreliable

Sometimes the sound doesn’t work on notifications with this app, i will receive messages and get no message tone. Phone calls drop upon answering them. I go to answer calls sometimes and the call hangs up as soon as I answer it. I resort to using iPhone standard phone app to call clients back. Another annoying feature App badge notifications do not disappear when checked, you must toggle between “message, phone, video, contacts, etc.” Very disappointing app, it is unreliable and doesn’t have very many settings that can be configured from a user-standpoint. Please update this app to be more stable and user-friendly.
