Parking Tickets:
If you received a ticket, check your parking session to ensure that the license plate, zone number, space number (if applicable), and time of the transaction, corresponds with the information listed on the ticket. Follow the instructions listed on the ticket to dispute.

In the unlikely event that you received a ticket during a valid parking session, you must contact the parking authority. Parkmobile does not own, operate, manage, or enforce the parking areas. We do not issue parking penalties and we cannot review or remove them for you. If you do not have a session active at the time you were ticketed, it is possible that you didn't confirm the transaction in order to start it. It is important to wait for a confirmation message to ensure your parking has started, whether starting it in the app, on the website, or by phone.

Horrible first/last experience
pamaro17

First and last time using. Not very user friendly. No address/directions to the parking lot locations. Customer service can’t provide refunds!! Horrible experience with the app and their customer “support”.

Got ticket
RenterWu

On streets where parking is not permitted during certain times, why is this app still allowing ppl to pay? So what happens was I paid $20 and then got a ticket of $120. Why is the app even working or not have any warning???

App not working
Nachi77

I type in the zone and keep getting an error message that zone is not recognized. Even when I select the zone through the map view it does not work.

Scammers
Sack it

Be careful with this app they charge you extra dollars here and there. When confronted the help chat is completely powerless and useless and sends it to a black hole of higher ups. Insane that these guys try to scam a dollar here and there. I even when showed clear concise evidence of the wrong charges on my card against the statement. What’s the point of charging a dollar on .75 cent parking at that point I’ll just use the cities app. Scum. Disappointed, angered, and feeling my pockets got stiffed.

Not safe/protected site! Details compromised!
tastysemen

I received an alert from my banking security that my details had been found on the dark web (!!), and password exposed due to THIS APP!! I have since had to use it out of total necessity:no other choice. Today just took me 20mins to reset password and get into the app which made me late for a test as the app had kicked me out and didn’t recognize the exact same password I had used that morning. Which makes me think my data has been compromised again. Sort it out!!!

The app seems like a good way to get fair parking but I went to reserve a time slot for tomorrow and when I confirmed it, it defaulted to todays date…. The time changed to 5 minutes before and support said I cannot receive a refund even though it wasn’t used.

“Apple Pay” ?
Champion.#2

Here’s what stands out to me as I tried this app for the very first time: 1) Apple Pay is the default payment. This is great because I love using Apple Pay. Convenient and secure. 2) Then I tried paying for parking. It says “Apple Pay not accepted”. ??

No AMEX
Mike_Henny

Doesn’t accept American Express.

Bad Application
Trapco Inspect

If by chance you move or have a plate change but don’t update in the application and realize it while parking with the app, you are screwed. Here is the answer from customer service: “If you have paid with the incorrect information, you must pay again using the correct information in order to avoid a parking penalty. Refunds cannot be issued for sessions created using incorrect information.” If you try to talk to ParkMobile direct they will do nothing. Parking certainly isn’t any better with this app. Still the same crappy experience you get when dealing with metered parking.

Has worked great for me so far

Today I got a $30 gift card from ParkMobile through email. Is this legit or a scam?
