Ya tenía una cuanta en el app y cuando solicité para que me recordara mi contraseña, salió el mensaje de que no estaba registrado mi email. Luego cuando me volví a suscribir tuve que usar otro email porque supuestamente ya tengo una cuenta. No se entiende!

I downloaded the app because I left my wallet at home And only had my phone. But Apple Pay wasn’t a payment option?! Why would you not accept Apple Pay? If I had my card on me I wouldn’t need the stupid app in the first place

Annoying at times

While this is a great convenience for city parking it is annoying that it does not prompt you to pick a license plate when you have multiple - but especialllly after just adding a new plate!! It defaulted to original Plate and there goes a ticket. Meanwhile I was still adding time so $36 ticket and $12 wasted on parking on the wrong plate.

I absolutely love it!!

Never Use Park Mobile App

Quote from park mobile “Park mobile payments do not integrate with the meters in this area while your payment will not show on the meter the officer will use your license plate number and zone number to view your ParkMobile payment on a handheld device” Essentially there’s a MAJOR gap beween this third party and tote meter owners. This is unacceptable. We had just check out of our hotel and were walking to the car when we realized it had been towed. This was a nightmare

Every time I use it there’s an issue have to contact customer service- why? Account always locked have to call in- why?
