App would be great if you could enter number of people. It is supposed to be $5 for 4 people but I could not enter that. Feels like a scam.

Don’t ever have to change or update your password because the app is very dis functional. Took 20 minutes. Awful.

Jeebus the engineers should go stand by one of their giant pierces of crap and listen to the people curse this app. They should start over completely. Worst app ever.

I parked in a lot marked “Flat rate $6.00.” When I used Park Mobile the charge was $6.35. Not cool.

Cannot cancel a card and then to add one it had to be PayPal? What is this? 1990?
Very easy and convenient to use

I love this app. The distance from my car to my office is too far for me to quickly put more money in the meter manually, this app makes it really easy to add more money to the meter without having to leave my desk. There are many times I am held at the office longer than I expected, so being able to update the meter from where I am is extremely helpful. Every once in a while the app glitches and it seems to have trouble accessing my saved information, but that is extremely rare. I have not had any experience with customer service so I will not rate or comment on that here. I do highly recommend the app itself tho.
