I hate that my city uses this service. The app never finds my car and zones are never listed. Signage is always faded too….and why do I have to enter my card plate number??? I don’t have to of I use the kiosk or the good old fashioned coin meters that work way better. And adds I have to click out if when I already have to pay to park? Annoying!

Buggy and a pain to use. I’d rather take my chances with a parking ticket than to use this app

I was downtown for 30 minutes and left and forgot to turn it off so a $1 charge turned into $30. You’d think they would have some sort of reminder or notification asking you if you’re still parking. No way for a refund either. This app is trash.

Beware in trusting this app! I just got charged for two tickets where it said I could “Start parking”. It’s not clear that you need to click it to start!!! Would like to be compensated for my tickets. Reporting the issue to my city.

Not loading. Tried to set it up after downloading as recommended by jersey city parking meters .. won’t let me share my location on ios 15.1.1 on ipHone13 pro .. the app doesn’t show up on the iPhone settings location services … ugh .. ended up doing it online

They don’t track the current capacity of parking spaces and double book spaces. I was charged $72 from parkmobile and customer service has said that they will look into it over the last two months. The garage said that they were never received a payment so they are not able to refund.

Reserves are not guaranteed. Reserved and prep aided for parking in Philadelphia. I get to the parking lot and was told the lot was full. I told them I had a prepaid reservation and he told that it didn’t matter. Still working to get reimbursed but nearly impossible as you need to jump through hoops with customer service.

I was forced to add this app when I traveled to a city out of my home state. Took a minute for it to upload, then had to walk back to the car to find my zone and license plate number. Then messing to find my wallet/credit card on a busy urban street. Ultimately I was delayed for my reservation because of the time it took for first time setup. Now I’m getting emails from the grifty business Nift. No thanks.

I like the app but it stopped working after the update. I used it for the last few years.

There’s no easy way to delete your card info in order to delete my account? It’s bringing you to a website which you put in your info, they send you another email “to confirm” then they send you another email with a link to “access a message” saying they’re processing it. Two weeks later, my info still hasn’t been deleted and no updates from them. is this not a violation of an app or something? That you can’t easily delete your info/account and they put you through all those hoops to keep your info? And as stated many times on their reviews, there are many shady charges and leaks.
