Cannot change credit card information easily.
1000 disappointed customer
I was stuck in a parking space with three credit cards listed, and none of them would be excepted. Later at home tried to get rid of my default card and it would not disappear. So I hate this website, but I have no other choice but to use them

Apps cool but I got a $40. Ticket because the app didn’t process my first payment. Then after I went to add 2 more hours, it showed me my first payment hadn’t been charged yet:/
The app needs some tweaking

The app works great with the exception that the application asks for the zone number. It will not scan the zone number on the sign. You have to manually enter the zone number first then proceed to the space number. The app will not recognize both the zone and space number when entered. If you only require the zone number why do you have so many spaces for extra numbers. It is very confusing. Not good when a rush.

The payment section never seems to work and always resets. Really difficult to use. Would help if they allowed Apple Pay

Needed to create an account to use it. Fine. BUT WHY WON’T YOU ACCEPT A PASSWORD THAT MEETS YOUR COMPLEXITY REQUIREMENTS?! Useless garbage.

We have been using this app for around our town for 6 years and so far have not had any issues or mischarges. Fairly easy to use as long as it’s not updated for “improvements.”
