I’ll keep it simple, 4/10 I got a ticket regardless for parking with an active ticket to sure I’m good. Then the process of fighting the ticket by screenshots of proof your car was legally park, look it’s just too much. FYI I’m located in NY and the only time I use it is at therapy on 63rd Rd off Queens Blvd

I’m not sure why the app and desktop version are so difficult to use. I can’t complete a purchase. Can’t click on the proper times. Just so many issues that are driving me insane and preventing me from just getting a freaking parking spot. Literally every other app I’ve used is far superior and actually works. Get it together! The only reason I have to use this is because of a specific place that I need to park. This isn’t a new concept… get people who know how to make this better and actually work.

Handy app but don’t use Apple Card, hope you never need a refund

This app is pretty good at finding parking but they gladly collect money and make it extremely difficult to refund it. I made a parking purchase in July 2021 and the day before the event my reservation was cancelled by them. I was promised a refund but have not received it as of January 2022. The main issue was that they said they cannot refund money back to my Apple Card. So I added another credit card and waited and waited and waited. I’ve contacted them many times and they keep telling me I will get the refund but no dice. So my advice is either don’t use this app or if you use it, don’t pay with the Apple Card.

This system is built with zero security protection. Register yourself and put your info into this app is equal to giving them to hackers. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

Doesn't work when I need it!

This is not an app we use for fun. I want to park pay and go. That is true in City of Miami with competing system. On the beach there are regular problems. Recent was sudden loss of support for Master Card. I could pay with apple pay neither, getting msg that it is not supported at my location. There is no more support to use it in city garages. Now I have to call at the gate and let them scan my ID and the ticket to get my permit processed. It is a joke. This is very basic app so with such a poor development, it must be selected through some corruption in the city. We need to vote for a mayor who will commit to switching to proven professional provider.

While it works, it doesn’t let you change the duration of your park and half the time doesn’t show all the lots in the area.

Necessary app but annoying updates.

Very useful and necessary app. This would be a 5/5 star before the wallet update. Now ParkMobile will make you deposit a minimum of $25 into their “wallet”. I refuse to deposit $25 to park for $2. Because of their greed, I will now just pay using the kiosk.

One thing bothers me

The app itself works fine and makes parking in public spots easy. My problem is that I have to guess how long I’m going to park which often times causes me to over pay. I should be able to check in to a spot and check out when I leave and pay the exact cost of the time I was in the parking space.
