Unresponsive Team that will pick your pockets

I bought their services twice. The first time I paid for overpriced parking in a shopping center and the other time I used their service to park for a football game. I used the pre-paid parking service that they provide and paid approximately $20. When I arrived at the lot, they were only charging $10 and there wasn’t an attendant in sight. There was a sign that stated that if there wasn’t a pre-paid ticket on the dash of the car, we’d get towed so we reluctantly had to purchase the ticket. I have requested a reimbursement from this company and have received radio silence. I will be avoiding this company at all costs in the future.
No way to change duration

I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to change the parking duration from the max time. Ended up paying $20 for a 13.5 hours when all I needed was maybe 3 hours. Would have looked for a side street spot but the event was about to start and I didn’t have time.
Freezes

This app regularly freezes and makes you think you haven’t processed your payment, which then causes a double payment. Cancelling a parking session and getting a refund is not possible. There needs to be an “are you sure?” prompt before processing a consecutive payment, especially for the identical car tag.
Hacked and insufficient customer service

My info (and everyone else) was hacked and I was never notified. Gross. I asked that my account be deleted. after tons of hassle they confirmed my account was cancelled but refused to delete my personal account information. I’m currently working through a support ticket to try to get that done.

Have had this app for a few years and the latest version doesn’t actually turn the parking app on sometimes and thus a ticket. Not bad but not great.
Do not trust the Find My Car feature

Overall a good app. But it placed my car on the map about 2 miles from its actual parking location. Do not trust the find my car feature.
Terrible app: you will get a boot on your car using this app

A horrible app that doesn’t allow you to cancel parking or update your car info after you’ve already paid for a parking zone, resulting in you getting a boot, though you can clearly show you paid. Customer service is worthless when you write to show that you paid for a spot and have the receipt to prove it. Really really terrible user experience. Do not use.

I don’t write a lot of app reviews but I live in Dallas and this app is a lifesaver.. valet parking be like 20-30 bucks but this makes it about 3 bucks… I also just got emailed an ‘end of the year review’ and it gave me a cool recap on my usage and was oddly fun coming from a parking app…
