Busted and Faulty

Just watched several people who had their car towed from a lot that uses this app and the app does not work correctly and all of these innocent people are left stranded. Horrible.
So not use this app.

I have used this app on multiple occasions and have still received parking tickets. When you contact there customer service they are useless and can’t do anything. It’s not worth risking the ticket money.
Don’t trust them to reserve space in parking garage

Parking Garage scanner Inoperative at gate. No one answered the call button so had to pay twice. Chat person promised to “elevate.” Never heard back so on my own for a refund.
Incorrect verbiage over Sun availability

In New Orleans you can pay either at kiosk or over app. On Sundays the kiosks announce parking is free but when I go to app & enter the zone #, I review message telling me “parking is not allowed at this time.” This info is false. Please fix this.

Not sure if it’s a scam or a badly executing business with poor customer service. We reserved a spot and ended up paying a $100 boot charge to a lot - due to poor communication from ParkMobile, poor signage, and nonexistent phone support. Since then, we have been politely “put on hold” by phone and ignored by customer service chats. Don’t risk using this app!!!

More convenient than cash once you have account set up, but use same old cash model… have to guess how much time you’ll need and pay. so same old rip off. Doesn’t take advantage of technology to allow you to terminate parking and return excess payment to account and doesn’t allow you to move to another spot and use your deposit.
Worst customer service and service period

After spending my time to download the app, upload my information, and then finally paying to park I received a citation! Now I need to contest it. This app is useless and the customer service chat bot representative blamed me for not accurately supplying my information. Which I DID. He refused to apologize once I pointed out his incompetency and then I have to download the proof of payment and contest the citation. Whomever is in bed with the city of Berkeley officials to get this casino game to bring even more money into their pockets should be ashamed. I don’t live here so I can’t vote here but if you do, please give this service provider the boot and whomever the elected official is as well to rip off honest people of their time and money. Train your parking enforcement officials to know how to work the technology or get technology that is actually in service to the people you are elected to help. Driving back home now and sending you farewell wishes. Deleting the app and deeply grateful I don’t live in the east bay to put up with this again.
Excessive fees for no reason

I’m not sure why municipalities/townships allow companies like this one charge excessive fees. App doesn’t even support Apple Pay. Takes very long to register and you need to enter your credit card information including personal data like your zip code. No real benefit to use this app.
