This banks systems are always shut off shut down updates ever day app does NOT WORK EVER hires crap employees that have no clue what’s going on will be switching to tva credit union no doubt about that don’t waste your time with these jokers

When i use the app, it sends a verification email to my aol email. However, it doesnt! it is not ever in my inbox or spam folder. i have been on exchanges and other websites, where my email has to be verified. I dont know whats up with my aol mail ive had twenty years. It literally gets about 90 percent of the automated emails. I have had this problem before, but the websites that fail to deliver the emails never work when trying multiple times. I can use the online website version of ornl online banking. it will verify me through phone or email and let me choose. its good enough i guess. I even spoke with someone at my branch about it. they tried to help but I simply am unable to use your app. So i give it one star since technolgy and the people who design it, constantly frustrate me. i like ornl as a bank.

Incredibly disappointed with this app. I went with this bank because their app was highly rated here on the App Store. However, it lacks very basic functionality - you cannot use it to deposit checks.

This has been an issue for some time. App will not let you long in if you are an Apple user with up to date iOS. This is ridiculous! Don’t waste your time trying to use the app unless they finally decide to fix it.

I’m not sure why the app changed but it’s awful. It’s more difficult to navigate on my phone. I pay my car payment through the app weekly and now it mails a check vs sending electronically. I also had to reload several of my payees after the change. Can’t stress enough how much I dislike the changes that were made. To the point I’m considering changing financial institutions.

Are use an iPad for my banking and it is not friendly. It is very slow and needs to be improved
