The app will not let me into the account section. Everything else works but that.


Getting better, but still has issues.

This app is SLOWLY getting better, like it has taken 2.5 years to get the basic things working. Today it is usable. HOWEVER, the budgeting plugin has been down for 3 or 4 months now. It used to work in the app, but now it doesn't. I've complained through the app at least 3 times; not fixed. Works in the desktop version...used to work in the app?! FIX IT!

You can only deposit one check before the app crashes. If I have multiple checks to deposit, I have to open the app, deposit a check, force quit the app, reopen the app, then deposit the next check, etc. Very frustrating!

It couldn't read the amount on a check, and it kept crashes. I would use it if it worked.

Usually, this app works perfectly. However, for the past two days, the Pay a Person function hasn’t been working. I don’t know if it’s an issue with iOS 11.


Scheduled payments

If you schedule a payment to go out on a specific date, the money will be withdrawn from your account up to 5 days! in advance. They told me over the phone that there is a warning about this... there is no warning. This makes it hard to budget when money is tight and you don't know if they will take the money out before your paycheck deposits.

What good is online banking if bill pay doesn’t work?

Whenever I try to use the Bill Payment feature, I always get the error “We are experiencing difficulty. Try again later.” I checked the website to see if there was any information, but the mobile banking website is not smartphone capable, so I called to report the problem about four months ago. Was told that I could not use the website, because they had the app for smartphones... but the app is pretty flaky. It used to work, and when it did, it was so nice to be able to pay my bills from my phone after they show up in the mail or by email. Will change banks if this is not rectified. What good is online banking if you can’t pay bills? What good is an app if it doesn’t work from a smartphone?
