This app is not dependable to load, much less function. It’s a 50/50 chance it won’t work. IT really needs to up their game. Really sad that ORNL has such a crappy app.

Prior to upgrading my phone in November, the app worked great! Since then I would result in an error trying to login. Seeing past poor reviews and doing as stated resulted in not one, but two phone calls and a follow up email by an executive Vice President with instructions to try reinstalling the app once more. Needless to say, it worked a charm! I had tried this in the past so something was resolved in subsequent updates. These things happen, and I only wish anyone that left a poor review amend their review of the app. Note, while not the application, the ORNLfcu web portal worked great as a substitute for any reading this review that need immediate knowledge on their finances! Thank you ORNLfcu for the amazing response time as personalized service, it’s greatly appreciated!

I recently upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12 and the app doesn’t work on my phone at all. It is super annoying.

Love the check deposit feature. Your COO must truly be a genius of epic proportions!

I can’t login at all with my iPhone. This needs to be fixed. Any iPhone 8 and up has error messages anytime you try to login

You all should make the deposits in green. Also make take the limit off of the pay to person and make it $500 per transaction.

This is the worst app, that has errors reading a check continuously and completely loses checks once it states they are successfully uploaded. I am going to cancel my account at ORNL because of this extreme inconvenient flaw in the online system.

All of a sudden I cannot access my account through anything but my phone app. Not real happy with it right now. It really wouldn’t bother me if all the bugs were worked out before you put new software into service.
