Not easy to use AT ALL

I hate the ORNL app compared to other banking apps. I just use it to pay a car loan. It is a completely and utter nuisance trying to deposit with this app to pay the bill. The login page refreshes in the midst of typing the password almost EVERY TIME. Then once I get into the app it is very picky to accept a mobile deposit. It takes me days to deposit because of waiting to see if it was approved then try again and wait all over again. I haven’t figured out the process to pay this payment online using another bank yet or I would never try to bank using this.

This app does the bare minimum - and some days not even that. Transfers are confusing, there is a shortage of history, setting up alerts throws an error message, I don’t think you can view your statements but I can’t verify it right now since the app is down. Oh and you also cannot make a mortgage payment when it is up.
I am really disappointed in this app.

I don’t ever review apps but I honestly do not feel safe using this app for my bank because it constantly has bugs or crashes or acts like it has been hacked. I don’t have this issue with any other trustworthy app I have every used. I feel like this should one of the safest apps you use...?

Why can’t the app developers gab an iPad and see what is wrong. The pages will not rotate to vertical. I have to turn my iPad 90 degrees to view. Guys, this ain’t rocket science.

The app always struggles to load and hardly connects to the server anymore, your better off just using an atm than waste your time downloading this app

I am extremely frustrated with the update. Doesn’t work. Won’t even let me open on my iPhone 11 Pro. Not good for my business in so many ways! Try another update or something please!!

Crashes. All. The. Time.

The ORNL app crashes all the time. I have to close every single other app on my phone before using the ORNL app and it still crashes 50% of the time when I try to sign in.

Every 2 or 3 times I try to use the app, it says my password is wrong. Trying to reset the password through the app NEVER WORKS, I Have to go into a branch. This is USELESS and ORNL certainly had the money to get it fixed after 3 years.
