It’s always a 50/50 chance the app will work. When it doesn’t it’s usually down for days with no communication that the app is down & they never know when it will be back up. In the last week it’s been down almost half the time. Makes the claim of mobile banking at your fingertips ridiculous, unstable & unattainable.

Without a doubt one of the most important apps I have, and by FAR the most unreliable & glitchy. Have had to uninstall & reinstall almost a dozen times in the last few years. Freezes up/won’t let you log in, transfer, see details on your account regardless of service strength. Please keep up with updated operating systems.

Long term problems

ORNL FCU just told me the app has been problematic for a month .. I got a new phone and the app wants to send a verification code by email .. the email never comes … if you try the resend button, the app hangs and you have to kill it … ONE MONTH? Seriously?

Hardest time logging in

This app is a crapshoot to get logged in. Sometimes it errors and other times it lets you in, it’s just a gamble. Way better off sticking with the web version, as their mobile developers are pretty far behind by way of UI and dependability.

Broken

You broke some code. I reinstalled after resetting my phone. I will not send a verification code to my email. App is useless now. This applies to the tablet version as well. Please fix it.

After making a move to another state, we realize just how fortunate we were to bank with ORNL. Still banking with you through your mobile banking options. We REALLY appreciate and realize how fortunate we are. And still are.

Trouble logging in

I loved this app and relied on it. I bought the new iPhone and now can’t log in, it just keeps whirling and locks up. It did the same thing with my iPad but I was ok with it when I could at least log in with my phone. I hope they fix this!

App doesn’t work

There is always a technical issue. It’s not always maintenance. I keep the app updated and I would say the app only works 50% at best. Makes me want to leave and go to a company like smart bank that has their technology and their customers in mind.

Cannot get into the app. Says it’s sending a code to my email, but the code never comes through to my email. I can log in online just fine - I get the option to send the code via text or email. Both work. The app will only send the code via email and it never comes through. I’ve had an account with ORNL for 20+ years and the app has become useless since the code requirement was put in place. Please give the option to get the code via another method when trying to log into the app.
