Previously, I could transfer funds from (for example) savings to spending. If that is possible now, I can not find where to do it!

I’ve NEVER been able to view my checks and the IT department cannot figure out why.

On today’s date 8-17-2021 while attempting to pay a bill online after entering my card number and info my card was hit for aUnauthorized withdrawal and immediately within a few seconds my phone rang it was the fraud detection department of ORNL the lady was super nice and immediately fixed the problem/issue and assured me everything was all right and directed me toward I needed to do next. I’m sorry but I’m unable to remember her name, But my name is Paul R Wilson

After updates...much more dependable, was horrible before IMPO. Now seems a bit more intuitive and user friendly, which still needs more work. I have never used any banking app like this one, is a bit unusual, but I'm used to it, and I'll take it as long as it just works. P.S. I have been an ORNL FCU Member since my childhood...lol. Thus really like this credit union and really want this app to work! And again...it is much better now. Their actual website was a whole other ballgame, also...but I think I will leave that for another day.
Great but not always available

I use the remote deposit feature for my parents’ dividend checks, and it saves me from driving 3 hours to Oak Ridge or mailing the checks. But sometimes, rather often, the app fails to launch. The “busy” indicator spins forever. I reboot, no change.
Buggy on iPhone 12

The app rarely works when I try to use it on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The loading screen is stretched (doesn’t fit the screen resolution) and it often fails to log in (just has the spinning wheel indefinitely). When I try to use the Check Deposit feature, I usually get an error as well. I think I’ve managed to deposit a check once, but generally just get errors.
