Not allowing me to log in on my iPhone 13 Pro

Since I’ve changed phones, I was no longer able to log in into the app. I insert my username and password, but the app just keep loading without completing the log in. It still works fine on my old phone though (iPhone 7).

I’ve been trying to get onto my account for a few days now and all it says it a technical error and it still won’t let me login in

This app is unfinished and unusable

The first two or three times I got a “we’re having technical difficulties” message I didn’t think anything of it, but it’s not technical difficulties — this is just a completely unfinished app. And reading various reviews from up to several years ago, it seems like this is a trend for this app. I cannot pay any loans, can not add money to my account, and the pay bill function literally takes me to an unfinished page. The FAQ page only has the answer to *four* questions. This feels like a gutted app that has either been stripped of all its functionality or never had any to begin with. And, again, having read multiple reviews from years ago, it’s looking like this app never had functionality to begin with. This “app” should be pulled until it has enough functional coding to actually be called an app. Being able to perform basic banking tasks would be a good place to start.

This app seems to rarely work and when it does it’s finicky. With a more recent update It’s made it almost impossible to deposit my check through the app as it never reads it properly. It was already difficult before but the later update just automatically snaps a picture of the check before it’s even positioned properly meaning I’m spending a lot more time trying to deposit my check. There’s a 50/50 chance it’ll let me log in. Sending money to people has also been finicky. My fiancé sent me money for a bill due that day and we ended up having to refund ‘sent money’ back into his account because it never came through on my end for me to deposit even after hours on hours of waiting. This has happened several times now. Definitely needs some work.

It always says it’s having issues connecting but I’ll go online and it’ll work just fine. This has been happening for months!!!

I absolutely love the Pay A Person feature! I ran out of checks and was able to use this to pay the electrician for some work we were doing on the house. He immediately received payment and said this was better than a check!

If you have an ORNLFCU account, this is a great app, especially right now when it is vital to avoid going out in public as much as possible. I use it to deposit my paychecks.
