Never Working!!

App is constantly loading and doesn’t allow login. This happens multiple times throughout the week. Restarting the app doesn’t work; you either have to reinstall (every time) or wait it out. Super annoying when you’re trying to check your funds.

This banks systems are always shut off shut down updates ever day app does NOT WORK EVER hires crap employees that have no clue what’s going on will be switching to tva credit union no doubt about that don’t waste your time with these jokers

It seems that every time I open it up to view my balance, it won’t cooperate at all. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and now it will not send the verification code to my email. Probably the worst app I’ve ever experienced, and this is a bank app.

It seems like the passed 2 months I have been constantly getting error messages and technical difficulties or it lags extremely when trying to transfer money or look at transactions. Definitely needs some updates or something
