The app will lock up or not open. I have had it fail several times after a mobile deposit that I thought went through but failed. Pretty annoying.

Lots of Problems using with iPad

Cant access account menu because it is covered up by the header. Can only see a few transactions at a time. Can only use in portrait mode. Pretty much useless right now.

Guess they have given up on fixing the issue with I Pad OS. Opening app gives message that app is going to stop and will be replaced with digital online banking. However, it does not work on iPad either, on any browser. Still works fine on iPhone though. Reconsidering my relationship with ORNL over their jack of response to this issue. They should keep the app and FIX it instead of replacing it with something that also does not work on iPad.

It’s annoying having to get a security text before sending money, I get an email and look on my app often, that should be secure enough
