How I fixed login issue

Recently I updated my phone and when I tried to login to the app, I kept getting error messages - even after resetting password on the phone with the bank. I was told that a tech error report would be sent and I would get a call back. I decided to Uninstall and reinstall the app just to see if that worked and after a week, I was able to log right in without problems. Maybe this will help someone else.
Have to register device every time

Just upgraded to a 12 pro and now the app makes me send a registration code to my email every time I want to log in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and no dice.
iPhone Not Secure Enough

All of a sudden after a year of using the app, I can’t even use it. When I launch it says “Device is not secure”.
No efficient updates

I upgraded to the iPhone 12 and this app doesn’t work anymore. I get an error message when I try to log in but I can log in perfectly from a web browser. I restarted my phone, checked for app updates, but nothing has worked to make this app work on the new iPhone.

I haven't been able to use live chat on this app for a few weeks now. You won't allow us to make transfers from one account to another or I wouldn't need it at all. But this was helpful for me to have the live chat to be able to make my transfers from business to personal. Fix it please.

The app will only allow you to look back over the past month. Why would I want to use the app over the online version? I would have to get out of the app and get online to look back. It doesn’t make since. The old online version was the best and they did away with it.

I have banked with EVERY bank in Knoxville and ORNL is leaps and bounds above the rest. Great people, Great service, Great online banking, and the ITM’s are Awesome! You have taken the hassle out of banking and I will NEVER change where I keep my money. My family will always bank with ORNL.
