Vault Disappeared

I have been a norton customer for several years and always relied on their products for PC and iOS security. Then I decided to try the password manager to make stronger passwords for all my accounts. So I spent a lot of time creating my vault and it all worked seamlessly with the Chrome extension on Windows and the iOS app at first. Then one day, I logged in on the Chrome extension and received a message saying “no vault detected.” I also tried to log in via iOS app and received an “error while communicating with server” message and no vault access. I called support - no initial help and no call back. I re-installed and accepted every subsequent update with no success. All of my passwords are gone along with other notes I had saved to the vault. Find another solution. UPDATE 12/29/19: So I responded to the developer with detailed info on my issue and have still no response for over 5 weeks. Zero support and my vault is still inaccessible. Do not use this app or trust any Norton product to keep your data secure. UPDATE 1/20/20: Still radio silence from Norton. Fool me twice, I’m uninstalling and cancelling all Norton services.

The app works great on my iPhone but I get the actual alert on my Apple Watch with the option to approve but it errors every time. It would be nice since I don’t carry my phone with me all the time at home.

This is a great app. I’ve tried other password vaults but this is the best. Easy to use.
India Flag Upon Mobile Login...Hmmm?

I love this app, have used it for years now. Great that it was able to transfer from home PC to my mobile version. I find it funny that upon login on my iPhone, using thumb print verification the colors of the Country of India’s flag are flashed. Why has no one corrected this. Very worrisome especially since this is an American company - great spoof by the Indian Developers.

I have three devices, a desktop, a MacBook Pro, and a cell phone. For the last two weeks I’ve been getting an error message on the MacBook that an error has occurred and to try again. No matter how many times I try it, it gives the same error message.

While I completely appreciate security measures, getting a mobile app security message every hour of everyday is a lot.

Try to unlock my vault using iPhone and iWatch and it continues to say that I have to unlock it using my password on the computer. The app does nothing.
