Without Warning!

I just read that Norton, a normally trustworthy name in utilities, changed this to be inaccessible and threw it under the iconic bus. Users are better off downloading a password protected note app.

Buggy installation program

TOConsumer

I tried to install this to use the same Norton Identity Safe password database I use on my Windows computers. The installation program kept demanding a nonexistent PIN be entered before it would finish setting it up. Technical support was useless and a big waste of time.

It’s good that this app is now rated 17+, but...

PR in NO

The current version of the app provides unrestricted access to the internet and should be rated 17+ However, I have age restrictions on all my smart devices since they are used by my young grandchildren. That means I no longer have access to the app. Why not develop a version that uses the Norton Connect Safe technology to restrict internet access? Hopefully, you could then apply a younger age classification to that version.

Worthless Even with PC Identity Safe

Fauxtographer

I’m a paying customer for Norton products. Including the Norton Security Suite as well as Norton Identity Safe. I have a Norton ID & password. Can sign into account on app but get no further. Never set up a vault anywhere so I’m effectively blocked out from ever using the iOS app. Crappy app. Frustrating when you’ve been a Norton user for over 10 years!!!! Arggggh!

Great app but would 5 stars if the Touch ID worked

MarinBrain

App is easy to use but Touch ID is a waste. Only works 10% of the time. The pin never works so stick with full login every time. Pleas fix the Touch ID so the app will be more user friendly and a 5 Star app.

What Happened

wishinbetter

I absolutely loved this app because the interface was pretty good and I got to have touch ID logging in. The main reason I used this app though is because I didn't need to put in a URL. Just wanted a place to save passwords. Why'd they have to change it to a requirement.. Guess I'm off to look for a new app. Latest- Kept this app on my phone so I could see the passwords i had previously put in and due to lack of time was slow to move over to other app. Hoping they changed the URL issue I checked back quite a while later to find out that happily the URL wasn’t required anymore. As far as I’m concerned it’s back to being a great app. Could be a little easier to see the password quicker that you put in as right now you have to go into edit first but not an issue for me when I get the other features i want.

Excellent

Works just as I expected!

Great for password and conf data management

Great for password and conf data management. Not so great for in-browsing.

A secure password manager that needs some improvements

Bridge Bidder

I have used Norton products for decades, and certainly consider this company to be secure and trust-worthy. However, the password manager has a few quirks as follows: The service is not always available. Last week I had two separate events where the service was down for several hours. This is really not acceptable for a cloud-based password manager like Norton, where reputation means everything. The app needs to support split screen. There are instances where I need to copy/paste passwords, and it’s awkward to flip flop between Norton’s full screen view to the other app requiring the password. There are several other password managers that support split screen. The auto-fill option works with most websites, but not all. This is true for both the IOS and Windows version. I have used other password managers that auto-fill all of my websites.

I’d rate it lower if possible. Latest update doesn’t work at all
