Access

dont do it!!!!!!!!

This app is great except all of a sudden one day it won’t allow you to log in. And when you try to get support they tell you because you have the free app you don’t get support you have to go to the forums online. I have very important information that I can now no longer get to because they can reset your access password but not the vault password, your only option is to remember it, for security purposes. I have now lost all of my very important information.

Could be easier

I have entered over 200 log-in ID AND passwords into NOTES instead of LOG-INS. because I prefer not to use the login directly. I’d like to be able to see notes in full screen rather than have to bottom portion covered by the “delete note” button. I’d also like an alphabetical bar on the side to more quickly go to the note I’m looking for. Option for more categories would be nice. I used My Eyes Only for years and I really like that but don’t like to have to pay for syncing plan.

Best app to keep important info

angelbaby_76

I’ve always used this app to keep up with my info and never had to pay for my stuff. As long as I don’t loose my password for the vault I’m good. After using this app for years and never having a problem like I see others having with other apps I swear by it.

Its free and syncs free

Its not the best functionally but how can I complain if it's free? Best of all you can sync your info for free! That's a huge uuge feature. Thanks Norton!

Need to update the app for iPhone X

dbsecure

The app is not updated for working with the face recognition feature of iPhone X. Also the screen is not adjusted to its resolution. While I do not care much for the resolution, the need to type my password on iPhone X everytime is inconvenient.

Zero Stars!

App abruptly stopped working. Would not recognize Touch ID, PIN or password. Norton Support was unable to help. Told me I’d have to delete Vault, losing all the saved logins, & start again from scratch. What’s the point of that? Save your time, & avoid the frustration. Use another app that’s reliable.

Don’t work. I lost all my information and passwords.

Works well

I have this on my laptop also which is where I mainly need it. The phone app works better than the PC version. It’s easier to look up logins and it seems to work better with the browser. Overall I’m happy with this. It does what I need it to do. Wish the PC version worked as well.

Norton pirates

Geeewhizard!

I hate you Norton!! I had been a long time paying patron of your products for many years, not ever again! Don’t get this and depend on it! Make sure you have a plan B! I had about 80 passwords stored on this app for many years, and my financial and personal life depended on it for keeping all my user name and passwords locked away from prying eyes. However I had used it so long that upon replacing my home computer, new phones and email address (all over 7 years time) at some point I had just been using my phone app safe. Going well for three years now and hadn’t updated my profile info in a while online, so when the app updated itself I can no longer access my safe! I cannot sign back in because it says I’m on a different device and wants me to put in a code which was sent to my old phone number which I haven’t had for two years now! Same with my home computer! Now I have no way of paying my bills or accessing bank info!

Norton IDSafe

There's worse things - like having to reset your P.W. But needing to remember the Vault P.W. And the Norton account - 2 P.W. When awhile has passed since last login is overkill.
