Not working on my iPad 2

Lvpzls

This used to work on my iPad but now it won't. Don't know why I can't get it to open the VPN. It works on my iPhone and my HP Windows 10 laptop wonderfully. For my iPad 2 it deserves only 1 star, if that. Called Norton and a tech helped me. Needed to delete and reinstall Norton Privacy WiFi. Now it is working.

Fantastic

Works great. I love this

Doesn’t recognize apps

i hate bits and bytes

Why doesn’t the app work on the other apps? I have to launch it and look up the account and the logon to the app. On a PC it works fine

Deletes Saved Logins

I loved this app until today when I logged into my mobile device and had confirmed my vault account then Norton promptly removed my access to all saved logins on mobile device. Since I am not at home I do not have access to the account I was attempting to access. Completely frustrating. Was an awesome product until this horrible experience.

Horrible.

Horrible application. This app locked forever all my saved passwords. I tried to reopen the application and by its design is not able to being unlocked with the service desk. Piece of trash.

Excellent port for iPhone

Love having access to vault on iPhone. If this could be integrated into Safari to create new logins, like it the plugins for IE or Edge, this would be 5 stars

Not that great

SSNicholson

Yes, it keeps your passwords just fine but the intuitive aspect is not that great. The website logins from the app is a hit or miss. Sometimes it will log you in and sometimes it won’t. Feels a bit clunky. Would like to see better integration with safari instead of having to bring up an entirely new Norton browser. Definitely not something you will want to pay for. Will move my info to another service if Norton decides to charge me to use the app. Pretty disappointing coming from a top leader in online security. Does not work with apps just websites.

A secure password manager that needs some improvements

Bridge Bidder

I have used Norton products for decades, and certainly consider this company to be secure and trust-worthy. However, the password manager has a few quirks as follows: The service is not always available. Last week I had two separate events where the service was down for several hours. This is really not acceptable for a cloud-based password manager like Norton, where reputation means everything. The app needs to support split screen. There are instances where I need to copy/paste passwords, and it’s awkward to flip flop between Norton’s full screen view to the other app requiring the password. There are several other password managers that support split screen. The auto-fill option works with most websites, but not all. This is true for both the IOS and Windows version. I have used other password managers that auto-fill all of my websites. Update 6/24/2018 I am downgrading my rating to 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. Still no split-screen support. 2. The app will not auto-fill the Amazon, PayPal, or Papa John websites. Almost every other password app will fill these sites correctly. I would expect much more from Norton.
