Don’t download this piece of crap

Spent over an hour plugging in all my data, worked fine for awhile, but then my password and pin stopped working. I reset the password and received a confirmation email. The new password would not work, tried two more times with different passwords and received confirmations. Still no go. Spent 45 minutes on support chat, no help. Restarted iPad, trashed and redownloaded app able to log in to my account but the vault won’t open. Bizarre. Product is worthless and was a waste of time

I was using Norton Identity Safe for a few couple of years on my android phone and it worked good and about a year ago I installed it on my iPad Air 2. After I updated it a few months ago I can no longer open my saved logins on my iPad and have been working will Symantec tech support to fix it but they have not fixed it yet so I gave up and figured I could just use my android phone. Now about 3 weeks ago I am getting an invalid certificate error when I try to use it on my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it worked again. Now I tried to use it again yesterday and same error. This time reinstalling it did not fix it. I give up!!! Symantec is just plain bad at making software. The last good antivirus version they made was 2003 so after that I switched to a better company also. Now I deleted this app also on both devices and will use L@stp@ss. It is to bad they can’t make things work correctly. It was a nice app.

It’s been having issues

When I downloaded this app I was able to get on with no prob using my Touch ID. Lately it’s been kicking it out and not recognizing my finger print. It will ask me to input my login information and when I do it will say session timed out. Fix for a better review.

Not working

Since the latest update one week ago, this app has not been working on my phone at all. I cannot get passed the login prompt, because the app does not recognize the verification code. Once the verification code is entered, it defaults back to the login screen, making me start all over again. #groundhogday. Please fix this problem ASAP, thank you.

Locked out of my Vault

I've been using this app to manage and store all of my passwords and had been happy with the reliability. TouchID has been reliable until today. My thumbprint hasn't changed but the app no longer recognizes it as valid. I tried to enter my PIN and it was rejected as well. There have been other episodes similar to this one in the past 18-24 months. This type of unreliability should give the new user some hesitation before us by this app

Just a question

I was forced to switch from my functional password vault since it was not compatible with the iOS update. All I needed was something to store my passwords safely, since nowadays everything has a complicated password. Every now and then this app says my session has ended and then asks me to log in. My question is, if I can’t remember my passwords to everything else and use copy/paste, what makes you think I will every remember the password to this app that I need to store passwords? I suggest it would be just fine if it never asked me to sign in again and only used my fingerprint like I prefer.

Keeps having SSL server errors

I use to love this app but as of lately it has been kicking me out of my account and not allowing me to log in. I keep getting a message stating that I can’t log in due to an SSL error. I’m intending to take all of my passcodes out and just shutting down my account. Doesn’t seem to function anymore.

My husband's been using this app both on his iPhone and iPad for a while now. When I downloaded into my iPhone and iPad I could not sign into his/our acct. The whole purpose of having it was so that we could both access all of our passwords at anytime without having to call/text each other and asking for them. Truly worthless in my opinion.

Needs to be updated for iPhone X! Needs UI overhauled especially the Wallet area. Finally app kicks you out to often requesting login to Norton account.

Great in that all passwords and user ids are available on iPad, iPhone and laptop. But clumsy. And doesn't work with other apps. If I sign onto an account through safari or explorer, it will work. But if I go to the credit card or bank through their app, no good. Can lead to different (not updated on Norton) passwords on apps.
