Great app

I love this app. I now have distinct, strong passwords for my accounts. I also like that health dashboard that reminds you to regularly change them. One suggestion would be to integrate the password generator into the browser plugin so that generating the password saves it. That would be especially helpful when changing passwords on existing sites. Right now it’s cumbersome.
Just what I was looking for

Being a Norton subscriber for years, this password vault is what I've been looking for. Easy to use and synchs across multiple devices.

I love it. Had Norton for years then switched to Kaspersky and hated it. Then switched back to Norton. Just don’t get breached like the others and we’ll be friends for life!! All in all I’m a fan of convenience and this is definitely it.
A great free password manager from Norton

I needed to replace my MiniKeePass that is no longer available on the App Store and looked for another one. I came across this free app by Norton and installed it. It is really easy to use because it can use facial recognition to log in. I was able to copy all the entries I needed from MiniKeePass to this Norton app! The only thing that is lacking is the groups that I was able to create in MiniKeePass. Overall it is a great app and I highly recommend it

I like what NPM does, simplifies passwords but the way it is implemented leaves something to be desired. CUMBERSOME might describe it best. IT NEEDS WORK, A LOT OF WORK. But I cannot see how to fix it. So keep or ditch I cannot decide.

Lost all my passwords

I spend lots of times to transfer my login and password to norton password manager. I update the apps and haven’t open it for a while. Recently I figured out after the update, I lost my credentials and all my password. For sure I will not use this apps anymore.
Poor syncing initially

This app, when originally installed on my iPhone XR, did not automatically or manually sync with new logins I created in my Norton 360 PC Password Manager (Windows 10), or with new logins I created in the Norton PC Password Manager Edge Browser Extension (Windows 10). Thus, initially this app was only slightly better than useless for me. However, after I eventually deleted that original version of this app from my iPhone, and then reinstalled the current version of this app, the reinstalled version does sync properly - regardless of whether new logins are created via my PC or via my iPhone. Apparently the current version of this app has fixed my earlier non-syncing bug. Accordingly, I have upped my rating from one to five stars, as I certainly appreciate that bug fix. Thanks!
Makes it harder

Since I started the mobile unlock, most of the time my computer does not remember that I already authorized the vault, and I have to re-enter my vault password every time I go to a new website. Before, when I would enter the vault password on my computer, it would keep the vault open all day.
