Pretty Good

Interface trouble

Gigicooks

I’m having trouble with the interface between my phone and my computer

Hate!

Horsefeatherd

I hate this app! Every time I sit down to write I have to stop find my cell phone to approve. It’s awful!

Ehhh

Want more for my money

I thought this app would be more sophisticated in this day and age. It’s more like we have an app!!!!

Finally, So Far So Good

Tiberus1701

I’ve used Norton products for many many moons, actually a couple of decades now. I really like the synchronization between my devices since smartphones mean I don’t have to wait until I get home to my laptop. I have nearly one hundred sites that I have passwords for and with this app they don’t have to be the same password.

Keeps logging me out!

Woohoo1111111

Every time I try and approve a login with my Apple Watch, it completely logs me of the app on my phone! It’s ridiculous!

Not for sure

four footed

I’m not even sure if I am connected to this app right. I keep getting pop ups that says your phone is getting a virus.

Update: Won’t Sync

tyfrewqa

Can’t get it to sync with my pc which makes it virtually worthless. True key is much easier to use. It did finally sync after about a day. It would be nice if there was a way to import my data from truekey.

Awesome app

Sir Ronnus

Thanks Norton for making life easier by storing all my passwords.

Adequate. Simple. Lacks Two-Factor Authentication Support

This appears to be a solid password manager. I just started looking at it. Your vault is stored on their servers, which is not great, but seems to the fashion with most of these tools. Integrates with desktop browsers, and IOS 12+ password integration. There is no desktop app, so either you use the web portal in your browser or your mobile device to manage your passwords. This is a simple app, for modest needs. If it gets people to use a password manager, great. Considering the price, this is a fine tool and a public service. If you decide to use this, you probably want to also have a good “Authenticator” app too. Fortunately, there are plenty of free apps available for that too. (Search: two-factor Authenticator)
