Love the Nighthawk

Wait before updating. Last update on 3 Feb 21 disables or error out the security. Not a good thing at all other wise a great app. Turns out to be Bitdefender web protection to be the culprit again. Love this app. Very thorough and great security. I really wish for the showing of what bands and who’s on which band to return ACCURATE results. My router has THREE bands and this USED to show strength that everyone is logged on which ever band. Might show what band but not the strength which I feel is the whole purpose or why bother. Not necessarily accurate as to the bands that everyone is logged onto either. That was mind boggling to figure out but none the less was done. Love this app and router and really hope all the features return.

This app was always slow but worked well The router was great. Until...... The warranty period expired. Then magically we lose internet connection very frequently. At least several times a week And the app no longer connects to the router. We can’t update we can’t control devices, nothing. We can’t even talk to customer support without paying money for a special contact. Like I said all magically right about when the warranty period expired. Total joke. Very disappointing

Has always been a buggy app. Tried it for a while dealing with the log in time outs, limited functionality and miscellaneous random connection issues. New firmware update and the buggies started again. Done with nighthawk and the buggy data mining app of theirs.
