Wish the updates were tested extensively before release. I could copy files to USB drive without issues before the firmware update, but post update I keep receiving the Access Denied error message . Thanks for nothing Netgear!

First time trying the app. I was really excited to have easily accessible controls for my router. I logged in the first time, but devices page and speed test page error Ed out. So I closed the app and tried to log in again, but it keeps saying login has timed out. I can access the web interface just fine from the same device (and same username and password obviously). It said to try rebooting the router if this happens repeatedly, so I did, and then I was able to log in again. But still the devices page and speed test page wouldn't load. So I closed the app again and tried logging in, but it kept timing out again and again. Web interface still works great. Nighthawk R7000 router on the latest firmware.

Hey guys, on some screens the text is awfully small and hard to see. The traffic meter page text is tiny....it would be great if you could zoom in to view the numbers.

Love the app but lacking Basic parental controls. Would like at minimum to be able to set hr limits and or set times to use specific devices.

Really? A tech company like Netgear puts out an iPad app without landscape view...?

Every time I open the app it goes through the router setup. It’s like it doesn’t recognize previous setups. Very annoying and makes the app virtually useless.

The app is well built, has smooth transitions and clearly shows you how to navigate within the app.

App forces you to create online account, dumb. Used Netgear genie app, forced to this app now, says my router isn’t supported by genie app anymore, I did a firmware update on my r7000 ac1900 router. Sick of all these companies forcing account creations when it’s not needed, more hacks to happen for your data to get stolen. ....even more hesitant since I’m guessing this will be tied to your Home Router that controls all your network traffic, probably not smart.
