Nighthawks service works well when it’s actually working. My home devices cutout often and recently have been experiencing total loss of service even though my ISP is working just fine. So frustrating.

Created an account for wifi extender usage with a username other than “admin”. App defaults login to “admin” and doesn’t let you change it.

I was using the cable modem wireless combo spectrum provided me. Kept having what appeared to be buffering issues streaming everything. Since changing in to nighthawk modem and separate nighthawk wireless router it has been extremely better. Worth every penny so far.

App and equipment is garbage!

Spent $200 for their router only to have it work worse than spectrums router. Plus the app keeps loading the pages. I have to delete the app because it takes forever to load any page settings….account management. It’s ridiculous!
