I like the app and all the controls work amazing, was super salty I had to download an app for the router but once I did I hella liked it! Can change the password/kick people off and that’s probably my favorite part ?? anyway good app makes the router a even better price

Bad (no) service after 90 days. Can’t even register the modem that I bought new. Not registering makes loading software harder. Thanks for the headaches.

Please tell me you paid anyone who has no IT background to do the update as that is more believable than not even being able to use my router after updating. Thanks for nothing. You made fair access turn into no access. What was the purpose of this epic failure, to ensure I look for a better competitive product? Thanks for the push to do so. You need a fix ASAP, not a patch, workaround or any other goat herder meeting. This was and should be ethos’s of never do this again. Poor planning on your behalf should never constitute an emergency on my behalf.

The app does not work correctly, after editing icon, the icon returns to default, two icons for Receiver hosts remain in idle state

Each update get worse now no link rate

Each time update just remove more feature. First the sorted feature to sort device by name was removed then now remove the link rate information which is critical for many of the advance user. This is unacceptable to remove all the nice feature instead of adding more. I can understand netgear want to hide the link rate so people may thought your router is fast but this make netgear look like rat trying to hide information for other people to do comparisons. Be confidence about your own product and show those info with guts.
