Doesn’t connect to routers

This app is always kicking me out I’m having to sign in all the time and it never just logs in without me having to restart every device I control. Doesn’t work. What a waste.
Issues with speed test on app

The App speed test never works properly and keeps showing 0. You call tech support and they are no help. About to return this router. Fix your bug! It’s annoying. I tried deleting and reinstalling and I also rebooted router. Also it was a real pain doing the initial install because the app make it very complicated
Worst router

Will never update always says error. It automatically logs you out of the app and have to reset the password. Technical support is over after 90 days. They don’t even back their product for a year atleast. Will never by NETGEAR PRODUCTS AGAIN
Not working

I recently updated the app and now the app doesn’t work. If gives me an error message when I attempt to login. The error is login time out, please try again. I have rebooted the router and still get the error. I hate when updates are pushed and don’t work. I had no issues prior to this update. I have reinstalled the app, reboot, etc. nothing. Thankfully I still get internet but so disappointed and frustrated!

The product specs are good & it was reasonable priced I purchase it at Costco, I like saving money however I don't know it's worth it for the poor customer service beware! The app SpeedTest doesn't work. The instructions said if I change the new Netgear equipment to my existing Wi-Fi name and password all my devices will find it automatically that doesn't work. They have weird customer service hours. Was disconnected twice and two times I said no one is available at this time. The one time I got through the queue said I was next in line and then the number continued to grow before I was connected.... for a tech company they don't know what customer service is! There was absolutely no instructions in the box my issue was I wanted to add more satellites than the two that came with the system,the app doesn't walk you through that process and doesn't appear tech-support is worth contacting .... Could not recommend the product from a customer service side....

I am several versions behind on Nighthawk firmware because I get error messages whenever I attempt to use the app to update it. This process should be automatic and seamless. Other functions work ok, but I wish the entire process was more reliable.

Addresses to reset password don’t work. Sometimes it loses connection and you have to play with it to get it to work. Device turn of would be nice, but ended up missing appointment, because so failed to let me toggle it back on.
I just tossed two netgear routers

In the trash they go. This app is like scratching your left ear with your right hand. One router wouldn’t recognize its own serial number. Learned my lesson.
