Upgrade router firmware failed

The one time I used the app to upgrade my R8500 router I ended with a failed firmware upgrade and had to connect via TFTP to it to fix it.
Can not find blocked devices

In the previous version of the app, I was able to block certain devices and then unblock them in the morning like a parental control. Now when I block the device, I have to go to my laptop to unblock them. The app only shows connected devices and not ones trying to connect that might be blocked. Not a huge inconvenience but it was better before. Could you please revert it back. Thank you.

I thought this app would be good until I logged into it. I literally have about zero control over my modem with this app. I just log into modem than use this terrible app. C7000v2.

I’m unable to connect except through anywhere access. My roommates can both connect using their androids though. Total garbage.

Easy to use and laid out well. Would like to be able to use all functions from app and not be rerouted to website but not that big of a problem when you get down to it.

Net gears product has been very disappointing. It does not work and the instructions to set it up are no help. Will never use again. Not worth the money.
