Rollover Check Upload Function is a joke

I called for assistance today regarding the rollover check upload function not working in the app. The associate told me this has never been a documented issue and that it must be my own fault. A quick glance at the other app reviews shows plenty of others experiencing this same error. Very frustrating that this has not been fixed since November and the service regarding it is so poor...expected better from Fidelity.

If you invest anywhere else, Fidelity’s app and back office / customer service will drive you crazy. Fidelity is not an investment firm, but an archaic, bureaucracy third party administrator of retirements. No way to make payments to loans from multiple accounts. No way for direct investment. No way for automatic investment plans. Fidelity is for Pikers.

It’s basically a wrapper that opens webpages—and those aren’t even optimized for mobile. Why wouldn’t I just open it in my browser?

The app worked fine in the past but lately when I open this app on iPhone 8 with latest apple os it shows never ending white background with a revolving circle. This is not just one time but every time I open the app. Earlier I thought this could be an issue my phone / updated os/ lack of memory but this does not happen with other apps in fact this issue does not happen to other Fidelity app. It’s an annoying issue which needs to be resolved. Over all it’s a great app and functions as expected and adds great value to customers.

app never works... blank screen... touch screen does not excist... thanks to apple for screen video recording and deleting reviews... Just unethical business practices all around... posted every where...

Excellent app that I have been using for years. Can accomplish 95% of needed transactions through this app.
