The website and app is antiquated and not user friendly. In order to send rollover check you have to options download the app or mail it. The app does not allow you to upload the check. It’s stupid that you are unable to upload the check on the website and forced to use and app that does not work properly.

Rollover checks

Rollover mobile check upload keeps saying error encountered on your end. Spoke with your customer service and all she said said was acknowledge the issue as ongoing. Why not fix it?
Impossible to mobile deposit check

Tried 100 times to take photo to upload check for mobile deposit and every time it fails because it triggers photo to be taken immediately before the camera can focus. Too blurry, etc try again over and over.

Upload check feature for rollover is total mess. No matter what you do check will not get uploaded.

Great app…except the ability to deposit a check on the app. Every bank in the world has had this sorted for years, if you can’t make it work, get it off the app. Save everyone the hassle of reading “there is a problem on our side” over and over. Very disappointing.
