Unable to do mobile check rollover

I have spent hours across multiple phones, different lighting etc and the app refuses to accept a mobile check. Extremely frustrating as I am not comfortable sending check in the mail. From other reviews this appears to be a 2 month old issue. PLEASE FIX THIS
No internet connection

App was working until an update. Now it will only say no internet connection. Regular Fidelity app works fine.
Face ID issues
this is a random title
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Can’t get Face ID to work. Keeps telling me I can set it up next time I log into the app, but it fails every time.
Don’t waste your time

Worst app I’ve downloaded. I only managed to open the app once and put money in my account and it’s been over a week where neither the site nor app works so I haven’t been able to check on or move my money. Trying to figure out how to pull my money out right now but still the site is down. Wish I could give it zero stars
Temporarily Unavailable

I have been trying to log-in for weeks. Says temporarily unavailable on the site, (using chrome and safari) and also here on the app. Excitement has literally turned into maybe I should use a different platform.

It’s so ridiculously stuck that even after trying 3 times and selecting account to view it does not open it at all can’t use app at all

I have spent 30 minutes trying to upload my rollover checks and the photo capture will not work at all! Extremely frustrating. Just Mail Checks in.
