Ever since the latest release on the newest OS the app hangs on launch. No errors just spinning wheel assuming I hit cancel and not use Touch ID. If I use Touch ID I get zero indication anything is happening. Just hangs. Come on developers, fix this!!!!

I am having trouble with the app loading after I use Face ID. Shouldn’t take more than a minute to start up. I sometimes can’t get past the logo after loading the app.

The App worked perfectly until this last update. Now when you launch the App it acts like it will log you in but instead you get a message to go to the App Store to “download the latest and greatest version”. It should just open like it use to. lol car deleted and reinstalled the App multiple times with the same results.

No longer shows dollar amount for money earned in current year. Just shows account current balance and beginning balance. Does not separate what you contribute and what your investments have earned.

For about 2 weeks now, the app lets me log in with Facial ID, then hangs and won’t open. I can’t get anywhere by calling so I’m hoping someone at Fidelity sees this.

Despite its utility there is still lots of room for improvement, e.g. the curve on the main page shows time points but there doesn’t seem to be a way to show values for these points. If you want to select beneficiaries besides your spouse you are asked to submit a consent form, but there is no indication where to get the form (why not include a link to the form or just include the actual form in the app for download/forwarding?). Also, once you filled in all the data for your beneficiaries and you don’t have the consent form, there seems to be no way to save that data and it’s lost — aaahhh, seriously???

I keep getting the same error message “Amounts don’t match” when trying to upload my rollover check. It’s been almost a month and no help. Still waiting
