If you’re hoping to use this app to deposit/upload a rollover check, don’t bother. It does not function on iOS. Even my tiny local bank has a functioning photo check feature.

Tried scanning my check from 2 different phones for a rollover. It keeps saying that photo isnt clear. When its clearly readable. Now i have to send it through mail which takes so much longer. The app was no help

I am taking a picture of my rollover check in ideal conditions --- perfect black background, ideal diffuse white light from a professional photographic light (Godox SL60 W). However the app keeps saying "photo isn't clear". I bet their backend has many bugs because the photo is extremely clear.

I am confused by Fidelity offering three different apps that don’t seem to use common user data. Take price alerts for example. Which account type supports them? How do you set them? Which app supports them? Fidelity has a too many ways to view (or not view) information depending on context and the app being used.

Face is does not work, even though the app pesters me to set it up. It works in the other Fidelity app. How come it doesn’t work in the net benefit app?

The auto investment tab for 401k Brokeragelink is missing. Unable to setup payroll contributions to buy portfolio or make any adjustments. It’s not viewable anywhere.

Newest version 11-24-2021 still does not work at all on my iPhone 13 Pro. Version 3.20.0 still won’t open. Total bust.

Overall decent UI but the option to scan a rollover check doesn't work, spent probably 30 minutes taking a ridiculous number of photos of the front and back of check in good light and many were very clear but app always says "photo isn't clear" along with the text "we've encountered an error on our end. Please try again." Clearly a backend or OCR issue. Customer Support claims they aren't receiving widespread reports of the issue but there are multiple app store reviews and reddit posts just from the last few weeks complaining about it.
