Haven’t tried deposits or withdrawals but access is easy. The web page is easy to navigate.
Mac needs help

I know this is not optimized for Mac however it worked for a while when I downloaded it. Then it stopped and even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it I could not get it to work again. Please please please make this work for the Mac. I will update to 5 stars if that happens.

How typical! Its my money right? Why cant I withdraw it then? Just make it as hard ss you can and us old people will just give up right? I just had to take a tranquilizer after trying to take some money out OF MY ACCOUNT! I guess I better take it all out now rather than lose it because of all the designed obstacles. Pretty clever how you made it impossible to complete the “send document” button. You cant do it because it doesnt allow you to enter the needed information. I want my money! All of it now!

iphone pro max 13. Constant spinning; attempting to load. This has been going on for months. Why???

Every time I try to open app all I get is the spinning wheel of nothing going on. I have to restarted my phone yo get it to work.

Fidelity forces you to use their app to deposit a check, but the app does not actually allow you to deposit a check.
Rollover images not capturing

Started my rollover process online for app is not able to submit the pictures taken continually says the photo isn’t clear. Take pictures on multiple phones app says same thing each time.
No access; just a white screen

I have an active NetBenefits account that works from my laptop. This APP loaded and allows me to login, but just displays a blank screen.
