If you have 401ks with two employers the app literally cannot open. Please fix this bug.

I tried to register on the website and keep getting a repeated errors page. Downloaded the app and try to register and get a black screen. I need customer support but I can’t seem to find a link on the website or the app. Please help!

Asks me to update repeatedly

Every time I log in the app asks me to update to the latest version, which I already have. Then it redirects to the App Store where I just open again from there (because I already have it, so no new download option) and it works fine. It’s annoying and has only done this to me with the latest version. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling.
App Hangs After Launch

The app hangs after launch since installing the latest update. I’m on iPhone 11 with the latest version of iOS.

I have tried for the last week to register and every time the screen goes black and freezes. They need to fix this
Not what it once was. It’s now very slow.

This used to be a good app with plenty of good features but recently it has become very slow. It takes a couple minutes just to open. No other app is this slow.
