From calling customer service to directing me to the app fidelity is above. This app makes managing my 401(k) super easy and makes staying on top of how my funds are being invested very understandable.

“Page Unavailable” more often than not

I can see my account balances from the main screen, but attempting to look at any of the accounts in further detail almost always ends up with a “page unavailable” or “internal server error” screen. It rarely works.

This app is complete garbage. Don’t even bother scanning in a rollover check as it simply will not work. Multiple submissions that had passed but for some reason the check still hasn’t cleared.
