Crashes every single time

The app crashes too frequently. How can this pass the quality test?

How is this app in the App Store? How did it even pass inspection. It is completely unusable in its current form. I have no doubt this could be a great companion with my awesome Neat Connect but the app just simply doesn't work. Like.... At ALL.
Buggy and unreliable

App sometimes decides not to work with your camera and tells you to change your privacy settings. When you do this, there is no option to allow Neat to access the camera. Frustrates me constantly. I am thinking of switching to Evernote.
Crashes All the Time

The app seems to crash with no explanation. It would be a great idea if the application did not stop running ALL the time.

Actually it isn't 2¢, it is free. Still, it is overpriced. If Neat outsourced the design of the app they need to get their money back. It is unstable and largely worthless. They do not appear to read these reviews. I like the system and have been a customer for many years but the app is completely unreliable.
Can't even log in
New Hertz customer? Maybe
The desktop app allows me to sign in using my Intuit account but I don't have that option with this. I can't even use the app. You would think for the money they charge they could do something right.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I wouldn't even consider this an App, unless an icon on my screen that temporarily hides the other apps on the home screen and then magically shows those home screen icons again. It crashes after less than a minute.....sometimes immediately, sometimes after about 35-45 seconds. Crashes on iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6s Plus. The app crashes on each and every one of my devices.
Great concept, Horrible Execution

This app is a great concept but thats about it. On the execution end its horrible. As a business traveler on expenses I try to eliminate carrying unneeded paper. The concept of this app would eliminate the need to carry the paper receipts. However, the reliability is not there. Sometimes it fails to upload leaving a ghost of the document that you can do nothing with. You need to uninstall and reinstall to eliminate the ghost doc. That can not happen when using for expenses cause an unusable or lost receipt means lost money. I have experienced far too many crashes from this app from day 1. I gave it a whole year it has not improved, in fact I think it got worse. The Mac OS X is not much better. Neat also needs to add auto cropping to the documents like Microsoft Office Lens. Until Neat ups there software game I am cancelling my subscription and going elsewhere.
