Issues with Mac since 2016

Since Mac OS Sierra was released, Neat has d=had issues and upt to April 2017 have not solved them, they say it was going to be solve in March and they did not, now they say April 2017, and I have doubts we Mac user are ever going to see it work properly in Desktop version, mobile version is siuggested to be used but I cannot sync with the infor I have on the cloud

Can someone please help me. I've been going back and forth with support for over 2 weeks. They don't get that you charged me 2 times and I'm due 2 refunds. Only one refund has been issued and the people I'm writing aren't reading or maybe they can't comprehend. Someone please help.


Crashing!

I can't believe I pay $15 a month for something I can not access remotely. After I login and try to access a file it crashes. Then refuses to re-open the app thereafter. Even after re-downloading the app!


Fix it already!

You told us everything we want to hear in your features and benefits line… But you didn't deliver on a single thing! Very very disappointed with you people, I have based my whole paperless office on your products and this is what you give me to work with!?? Are you kidding!!??? It's pretty clear to me that you guys don't have a firm hold on product development. I'm referring to your desktop app NEATWORKS, for starters. Your Mac application has been buggy since the start and your promises to fix it have been absolutely nothing but hot air. This is a disgrace and a very, very big deal breaker. I've held on with very very great expectations, but now I have to spend my precious time to find another solution to my whole set up! I am indeed OUTRAGED!!! You need to refund the money that you've gotten from every customer since this debacle started. And then you need to put a focus on fixing your product or facing a mass abandonment of your flagship product. You guys ?!

I only use it to capture receipts from work expenses but i have found it very helpful

Uh....no.

Initially I give this app a low review. I came back to edit my review because I feel like it's only fair since the product is better than my 1st impression. It takes a while for everything to sync which I didn't know in my first review. After a few days everything had synced correctly because I had so much information on the desktop. I can see all my receipts on the app now, and I do find it very useful. Also worth mentioning in that scanning dinner receipts is very handy and I no longer have to keep up with them. Still a little slow, but the desktop and mobile app are both doing fine.

My account even though I have a paid subscription is telling me I don't have one. Can't seem to fix I'm canceling my subscription.


App won't let me sign in

Spent several minutes trying to sign in and it sent me back to the sign in page over and over again and just gave up!!


Crashes all the time!!

For a paid for app, this has to be the worst app ever!! Can't take to no support and not fixing it anymore! Paid for 2 years, I'm done fighting it! I'll go back to old school typing the contacts in!
