Missed the mark

I got this app trying to eliminate the paper receipts while traveling. Idea & imaging quality are great. However, the app crashes a lot, items that were scanned & supposedly saved are gone. Very frustrating to have to back track and double check if something was saved or not. In addition is having to save the receipts.

I have the neat scanner and have enjoyed using it. The app was working well until it became unusable 4 weeks ago. Does nothing but crash on opening.
Please improve.

Crashes constantly. Always has as long as I've had the Ap. For as much as the service costs they should be able to make a quality Ap.
Look elsewhere.

Very slow and inconsistent app. Some scanned receipts aren't viewable for hours after scanning and others mysteriously disappear. There has got to be a better alternative.

I want to give it up to Neat for listening to their customers. This app use to crash every time you tried to use it. They just made some fixes and I have been using it all day to test it out. Not 1 crash took place. Now this is a game changer. Will be worth the early fee to have everything uploaded to the cloud because now you can access it. Thanks Neat!!

This app is a scam; ones you add your credit card information, it is impossible to cancel the subscription. No one answer the phone, the live chat doesn't work and the e-mail support doesn't exist.
