Update Broke App

Since the app update yesterday, both devices have shown as offline. I reconnected to Wi-Fi, it worked for about 30 seconds, and then showed as offline again. Haven’t had a problem with the app or system until the update yesterday. I haven’t been able to find another way to contact support to see if it is a problem on the server side or if there is an issue with my equipment that relates to the app update.

What happened Apple Watch

This was consistently a five star app for me. Are used it daily with my Apple Watch. However after the latest update the Apple Watch no longer has the app???!!!??!!

Not iPad compatible and not Landscape enabled

Would give it 5 stars IF it was iPad compatible and Landscape enabled for iPads that are wall mounted. PLEASE FIX

With the new update vice just playing only shows one device on a screen why cannot they have multiple devices on the same screen. It seems that each update makes it worse

Latest version is a step backwards

Not only do you now have to slide over and then click to open/close (slower than before), the app often says closing or opening when the actions are complete. Why would you break a working app? Please fix this, the old way was far superior for reliability and consistency.

Great app opener light fixture controls would be a great addition

On the myq app if would be nice if users could control the light fixture on the garage door opener from the app as well. Ring does this with their camera and built in light devices and it seems like an easy way to add value to the end user.

App doesn’t work

We decided to spend a lot of money to replace our old perfectly great garage door opener with a LiftMaster MyQ built in garage door opener and bridge. When we tried to use this app it asked that we register. After we enrolled our email and password no matter how many times we chose send confirmation email to finalize registration and use the app we never received a confirmation. We confirmed our email was working and nothing was sent to junk. Basically the app doesn't work. We will try to set up the wireless using HomeKit. Very disappointing that the app won’t register us and wont work after how much we spent to install the opener and bridge. Update: installer came back and could not set up app. Said wifi was fine. Said about 50% of customers cant get the app to work. After a big argument and calling the police he finally uninstalled the 8550 opener and we are waiting for our credit card refund. This app is a big scam.

If you open the app to operate your garage it shows your devices, than starts refreshing them and shows “updating” than everything disappears and after few seconds it finally gets it right. I am not even mentioning some random error pop ups when you just open the app, but yet when you click ok it loads just fine. Fix they way you handle network requests. When app is opened, cancel anything inflight and refresh everything immediately. What is the point of all the spinners? Just disable element while app is refreshing it. Also there is absolutely no reason for you pointless error alerts. Handle it better.

App works great but you need to put alert on/off button on home screen and you should be able to delete only select history dates not all of them.
