Worthless as a security device

The garage door opener mechanically works as advertised. However, whenever there is a local momentary power Interruption or Chamberlain server error, the “hub“ goes off-line for several days at a time and is difficult to reset. My router admin screen shows that the garage door is continually connected to the router and the router has no difficulty connecting to the Internet. However the communication chain between the garage door opener and my smart phone does not automatically reset. All other devices in the house reset immediately and automatically. This device is simply not reliable as a security device!
Keeps crashing

The app works pretty well the first time it opens. I setup the account and Face ID. When I tried to go back to the app a couple hours later it kept crashing when starting up. I had to delete the app, install it again and setup my account to be able to add devices. Then it started crashing again once I tried to use the app later on the same day.
Not fully compatible w/ iPhone X

App crashes when I open it via facial recognition or during just automatic sign in (“remember me” box checked). I have to tap and then log in every time for it not to crash - kind of defeats the purpose when pulling up to the house. I’ve uninstalled and installed over and over...
Crashes Instantly When Opened

At first app worked fine. However, it now will not open and crashes instantly when it attempts open. I had it setup with WiFi and then changed to new WiFi system in home. I successfully connected with garage door opener and have/had it operating. But then the app just started crashing. Another Issue: After buying the new Liftmaster WiFi Connected opener and hooking up to WiFi and MQ app, I couldn’t connect to Home Kit. I purchased separate device MyQ Home Bridge that is supposedly connectable to MyQ and Home Kit. I have not been able to get the device connected at all.

Changed all the garage door openers and and dowloaded app, works great, can remote open and close, set alerts etc very satisfied with product and app
App is not working

Every time I open the App it closes. So I delete the App and download it again, it will work once then when I open it again.....it closes! Please fix this App!
Please fix the bugs

App continues to have bugs and not updating current activity of garage door correctly, causing problems with being able to open and shut the door with the app.
