Love it, but getting multiple notifications

I LOVE this app. It’s a wonderful feature to be able to open and close your garage door from anywhere. I would give it a five star rating, but I’ve been receiving multiple (between 1-3) for the same function that is happening with my garage doors.
Excited to get it. Then epic fail.

Just spins when I hit the open button. Then after several times opening and closing the app the garage door opens. Then I get a notification. Same thing happens when I hit the close button. Have to close the app several times then the garage door closes. Then I get a notification. I’m sure as the app updates it will work until then. Fix the Google home control. Why do you have to pay to open the garage door with your voice.
Door keeps reopening

I've used the app for about a year. It's gotten better over time but with the latest update the garage door keeps reopening when you close via the app. So either the door remains open for the day because you thought you closed it. And when you realize it's open and the try to close it keeps reopening. So any home security is gone
Good but misses notifications

The recent version(s) of the app have an issue with missing “closed” notifications when they occur close in time with a door open event. It is common that I get a “door opened” notification on my iPhone X, but when the door is closed quickly after opening I never get the “closed” message. I have the network box rather than the functionality built-in to the opener. Opening the app to “see” the status has it listed correctly however.

Works great and is easy to use. Unfortunately they are always behind on technology. Need to add Samsung Smartthings. The app needs to have 1 more rule option for me to give it 5 stars and it's kind of a big deal. I need a rule that tells me if the garage is still open after a certain time of day. Tell me if its 11:00 PM and the door is still open. It has rules to tell me if its open after so many hours but that doesn't work for this scenario. Adding support for some of the much more extensive home automation systems would solve all these problems. Stop trying reinvent the wheel with your own proprietary app and just integrate with the leaders.

Seriously I get that LiftMaster wants to have its own hub system.... but Samsung has already taken a big part of that market. So why can’t we have compatibility like you did in the beginning?

Good solid app that does what it says, except I have not tried integrating Nest products with it, which seems pretty far outside the proficiency of garage door program features. PLEASE how about a feature that checks the doors to see if they are closed and text if not? I like the “all close” but I want to be sure, without going out to the garage, that my doors are closed at bedtime. I often work outside and leave the doors open for hours, so the “duration “ check doesn’t work well for me. I’m uncomfortable having the door auto closing around children.
