Works about half the time

A significant amount of times when I'm trying to log into the app, I can't even get that far. Password or faceid, it doesn't matter, it just won't work. Error message this, can't connect that, etc. When I do manage to log in and it stays connected, yes, I can open my garage door. So there's that. I've also had instances where its given me an alert that my door opened, when it hasn't. Luckily I've been home when it's occurred so I had the ability to check. It's gonna happen one day when I'm not and the panic will set in.
Good App! Needs to be CarPlay compatible

The app works as advertised, however, small changes that could add value are an optional notification when connection or power is lost and also Siri integration. Both enhancements are basically free from a developer's perspective, since you have all the information already.
Needs a LOT of work

This app took multiple attempts just to pair my iPhone with the garage door which was only finally successful after their last update. All that wasted time, energy, and the full spectrum plethora of profanity... and all I have is an app that knocks my iPhone off the WiFi, crashes repeatedly, produces error messages, and ONLY on the rare days it’s not in full gaslight me mode does it work, but only to OPEN the garage door. Clearly not smart enough to actually CLOSE the door too. THIS is what I traded per their shameful privacy policy?? wow.
The login button won’t work for me!

I’ve downloaded this app, deleted and downloaded it again and I still can’t log in. For some reason the login but will not “click”. Every other button on the screen works except for the log in. HELP! I would really love to enjoy this app as much as everyone else has!

Poorly written and full of bugs. It constantly locks up the opener unit and you have to unplug to reset. I hoped to set a schedule to check if the door was open and close at a certain time bug this bug filled app can’t handle it. It is essentially useless. A shame because the opener on its own is great but looks like they turned the app development over to the B team. Don’t waste your money.

I spend nearly a thousand dollars on everything from them and half the time the app doesn't work. What a rip off. Latest update is even worse!

This product works just great until it doesn’t. Make certain you have another way into your house or garage. Absolutely do not rely on this app to work 100% of the time. Within the last two weeks the app failed and was unresponsive leaving me without access to my garage.
Great but could be better

Wish there was a setting to notify me when garage door has been left open for more than 15 minutes or an hour. Wish a setting was offered to remind after a set amount of time, based on my desire, has passed when the door has been left open.
