App keeps crashing

frustrated mike2

Set everything up, easy install, app won’t come up on my iPhone. Delete app, load again, log in... works... close the app and back to square one... click the app, it opens for a second.... crashes. Back to the old remote I guess

Terrible app

Big Fish Sandwich

App often fails to load and when it does it continually crashes.

Unreliable app, very poor Nest integration

Former Starbucks fan

Bought a Chamberlain unit to put in a vacation home which is outfitted with entire suite of Nest smart home products. Worked for a few days, then started buggy behavior. Constantly shows offline or reporting incorrect open/close status of door. I found myself adding SmartThings sensors and contemplating a camera to verify door status as I began to distrust the app. Of course, if I can’t control the door remotely, what’s the point of seeing it’s open? I’m now at the point of unlinking unit from the app and the internet as I don’t have confidence the door won’t randomly open while I’m not there. Find it hilarious MyQ’s idea of “works with Nest” is to control thermostat, etc from the app when it can’t even run the garage door. Fail.

Terrible

App doesn’t work. Crashes every time I try to use it. Can’t even log in. Tap. Opens up for a second. Crash.

Don’t Update, App Crashes Constantly!

JWreck1

Worked fine until the most recent update. Now the app crashes every time just trying to open it. Fail! Sort of a critical bug to have missed in QC, don’t you think?

App is terrible

This app is terrible. You tap to open and it immediately closes. Only way to use it is to delete it-download again and sign in. One time use. No way to report it called customer service no one answered. Please fix the app!!!

Great, when it works

Foogy

So I can download the app, login and use all the functionality. But the moment I close the app and then try to reopen it flashes the log in screen and then crashes. If I redownload the app I can get back in. My suspicion is that this has something to do with the facial recognition as it is never on at first but I always tell it to use facial Rec the first time I log in. I have an iPhone 10 if that helps narrow down the issue at all. Update: I believe the crashing is due to my attempt to use facial recognition on my iPhone 10. I switched to a passcode and the app no longer crashes whenever I try to open it. Please fix!!!

Would be great if it wouldn’t crash

Have an iPhone X with the latest iOS, 11.3.1. I see the MyQ splash screen for a half a second before it crashes. Tried restarting, looking for updates, nothing works.

Almost perfect

John Cautillo

Maybe with the latest update the app will work 100% of the time. There are times when I have to close the app to get an action accomplished. I have the bridge and HomeKit together. There may be a bug in HomeKit that causes the lift master app to crash. I’ll see how if this last update makes a difference. In any event I recommend this app.

Still waiting on the Multiple User Account Feature

I have been patiently waiting the Multiple User Account Feature promised Early 2017 and it’s almost mid 2018 and still not here.
