Bad investment

Second door never worked correctly and first door works half the time .. I installed a google nest in the garage .. still a problem .

Works good. Second door installation with MyQ. I’d recommend MyQ and Chaimberlain have techs work with first time installers to discover issues that are unnecessarily cumbersome either with products and instructions. (One instruction packet for 20 models inexcusable). I bought this one as an on sale model that included a camera. Turns out included camera is a separate item that can be mounted magnetically to opener. Package did not include numeric pad. Purchase of pad brought total cost to almost next model up with integrated camera and key pad. I will explore that for next install. A plus is that I will move the camera to wall opposite of garage door so I will see more of the garage.

This app is so handy I can go to my barn, sit at the pool and open and close the gate to our farm in seconds. I highly recommend this device.
When it works correctly, it’s great.

When the app is working correctly, it’s a very convenient and safety geared tool to have. I frequently have issues with the app freezing or not correctly indicating if the garage door is up or down. I have a strong wi-fi signal in my garage, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
Open and close door anywhere

Nice that you can open and close door anywhere- now it would be just nice if you did not need a subscription for the additional features like integration with Alexa and other smart devices.

It is great for kids being dropped off in morning. If I’m busy I can open garage without stopping and going to open it.
