This app is useless instructions don’t match

The online instructions about adding a “new place” don’t match. There is no place or prompt that lets you add a new place. So this is less than useless and I want money off on my door opener. I specifically bought this one for its ability to connect to WiFi. Which it doesn’t. I’d fire all the developers and the quality control people.

This app did fine for me for about a year. Now all of the sudden it doesn’t allow me to have a fingerprint login button and barely even works when I manually type in my passcode. Nothing is more frustrating then running out the door to leave and have to wait 15 minutes for my app to even let me log in! If you have kids or are in a rush with life, I don’t recommend. Very very slow performance.
Becoming unreliable for me

I would constantly have to close out of the program and repeat a couple of times. Each time it shows me the wrong status of my garage. Just earlier, I open the app, tried to close my garage but all I see is a blue box with no text. Closed out the app 5 times with no luck... had to restart iPhone X for it to work. Then when I got home, it tells me it’s open even though the garage is closed.

MyQ, what if you combined the “Devices” page with the “history” page to show at least some history on the “devices” page? Right now, you only show the last activity and how many approximate hours ago it happened. It would be nice to see the last 4 or so events and their exact times, along with a link to more history, right on the “devices” page.

Yes the app works. But i took one star away. Why ? Because it had google assistant. But no alexa or Siri. Common ?!!

Pretty good app, with decent usability, but what would be the cherry on top of the MyQ experience is Siri Integration. I use Siri so much, that if I could say “Siri, Open my garage” and she would ask which one, that would be amazing. Otherwise, very nice, snappy app with a polished interface.
Charging a subscription for Alexa integration is a disgrace

App works great but could be much better if they didn’t block integration to smart home devices without a subscription. It’s a disgrace. No one else does this.
Force restart each time it is used

I have commented on previous releases of this software how awful it is. Now it's got a new blue login screen that transitions to a red main interface. Wonderful. Instead of fixing the millions of things that are wrong with this app they made the login screen blue. Thanks guys.
